    Return Process

    1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA):

      • Initiate the return process by contacting us within 72 hours of your product's delivery date to request and receive an RMA.
    2. Include RMA with Return:

      • Ensure the return authorisation number is included with your returned product.
    3. Return Conditions:

      • The returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). Include all accessories originally included with your purchase.

    Additional Terms and Conditions:

    • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid are non-refundable.

    • If you return a product without proper authorisation or missing parts and accessories, we retain the right to refuse acceptance.

    • Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items with obvious signs of use or items returned more than 72 hours after delivery.

    Refunds:

    • Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

    Late or Missing Refunds:

    Sale Items, Exchanges, and Gifts:
